Growth Mindset Plan

When creating my growth mindset plan, The audience I wanted to address are educators in mind. To develop a growth mindset in students. I've taught for six years in my district, and I have seen students who have struggled with having the appropriate mindset to accept challenges. I hope to continue to work on my mindset plan, so that I may present it to the faculty that I work with in the future.
