Building a Successful Innovation Plan

In order to build a successful innovation plan, one must look back and learn from the mistakes they make and continue to build on the plan. My innovation plan, at first seemed successful. What I truly needed was an explanation as to why I believed so strongly about my innovation plan. In my slide show, I explain my inspiration about why I felt the need to build a plan that will reach all learners.

Research is a step that is necessary to take in order to rebuild and rethink what can be done to improve innovation, there is always room to improve thoughts and restructure ideas. My research had shown me many things like the idea that technology issues were universal not just local.   In my literature review, I addressed the issues that  I still had questions on and also posed questions that I had to help the innovation plan become successful.

As I navigated through research, It became clear that my innovation plan did have some parts that still needed to be addressed. In Phase 1, I failed to support teachers through proper PL, I had to add that part to my phase. I also realized that if I was providing more opportunities for students to access tutorials at home then I could change the idea that they view at home and then practice their skills through solving a problem that the teacher poses in that morning tutorial. This allows the opportunity to have one on one guided practice.
