Aligning Outcomes, Activities, and Assessments

In my Innovation Plan, I addressed that our character motivation skills were one of our weak skills among students.

Reviewing the worksheets, I was able to identify the expectation and how students will apply their understanding to real-world situations.  I was also able to break down a complex skill into steps that can help students understand how character development influences stories.

Through the breaking down the expectations and learning situation, I was able to use Worksheet 2 to help guide me in developing solid goals that would positively influence my students.

In an effort to build strength in understanding these skills, I implemented goals that would help students to develop their skill through understanding real-world approaches. My  3 Column Table is a map of how we will develop the unit.

The 3 Column Table will guide the innovation plan for the tutorial program. If these are the goals for a unit, the blended learning tutorial program can provide scaffolds to help students reach these goals.
