Learning Manifesto- What is learning in today's world?

What is learning? Through my manifesto, I explain how technology should be used as a another teaching method to increase student learning opportunities as well as explore how state mandated test does not accurately measure a student's learning ability. I also discuss my goals in education and how I hope technology can be used effectively in the future.
